What do I need to know about engraving?
All items are engraved on site. Please be sure to double check ALL of your data entry since engraved items are not refundable. Engraving will print EXACTLY as entered by the customer. If you have any questions about the content of your engraving, please contact your physician. Rescue Me ID's is not responsible for the accuracy of engraving content. If you are using abbreviations for medications or medical conditions, please check with your physician for the proper wording. If you choose to leave a contact number please be sure that it is one that will be answered or that forwarding information can be left on the voicemail message. Rescue Me ID's will not engrave the phone numbers for any proprietary medical alert agencies. Engraved items usually ship within 14 days.
What is a dog tag ring?
A dog tag ring is the silicone edging that can be placed on dog tags. They come in a variety of colors and can be easily changed on the Bag Tags and Dog Tags. You can purchase as many extra rings as you like for an additional $0.50 each.
Why is shipping so expensive?
In an effort to keep our shipping costs to a minimum, Rescue Me ID's chooses to use USPS First Class Mail as our default service for packages. Since the majority of our items are not flat, the postal rates are a bit higher. In addition, our shipments are tracked. This means we offer you email notification and know when a package has been delivered. These services also include address verification.
Does Rescue Me ID's sell wholesale?
At this time we are beginning to offer large quantity discounts. Minimum orders are 200 pieces. Please contact us for pricing.
