Medical ID Plates

Rescue Me ID's custom designs and manufactures our own ID Plates.  Our unique ID Plates are available in a wide selection of bright colors with a white star of life medical symbol on the front.  All engraving is done on the back in BOLD lettering.  Each ID Plate can accomodate up to (5) lines of text.  Plates are gently curved for a comfortable fit for kids and adults.  Bracelet straps sold separately.  Orders ususally ship within 14 days.

 

Measurement: 1 1/2" in length by 1/2" at wides point.  Made of anodized aluminum.
