RETURN POLICY

Rescue Me ID's wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Prior to making a purchase, please be sure to ask any questions you might have about your order by contacting us at info@RescueMeIDs.com. Personalized or engraved items are not returnable. Please double check all text entries. If you are unsure what to have engraved, contact your physician. Rescue Me ID's is not responsible for the content of engraved items. Once your order has been processed it can not changed.

Non-personalized and non-engraved items may be returned or exchanged within (30) days from purchase date. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If a replacement is not available we will refund the cost of the item, or offer something comparable. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. All items must be returned with their original packaging. Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. To return an item you must obtain an authorization number by contacting us at returns@RescueMeIDs.com. Please include your name, product, reason for return, and order number. You will receive a return authorization code, please send it along with your item. Returns sent to us without prior consent do not qualify for credit. Rescue Me ID's is not responsible for the return shipping costs or return items lost in the mail. For your protection, we recommend using package tracking. Rescue Me ID's will not accept returns sent COD.
